Psalm 62:5
"Find rest O my soul, in God alone, wait though only upon God. For my expectation is from Him alone."

We are to rely on God alone, our journey is to be with him and we are more than able to thrive in only that relationship. He may give us people to support us and guide us along the way, and those people are a blessing, but they are not a necessity.
